Stop chasing subcontractors for compliance documents.
Subcontractors upload files from their phone in under 30 seconds — no account required. LINTEL automatically renames and routes every file perfectly into your Procore folders.
The missing document intake layer for Procore.
Compliance is a Payment Gate
Missing paperwork blocks site access, invoicing, and closeout.
Portal Fatigue
Subcontractors actively resist logging into Procore instances for one-off uploads, forcing your team back to spreadsheets.
Audit & Operational Risk
Inconsistent metadata and "shadow archives" on personal drives create audit blind spots, exposing directors to severe operational risk.
How LINTEL works
Define the Request
Select a Procore project, folder, and document type. LINTEL generates a magic link.
Zero-Login Upload
The subcontractor uploads a file in under 30 seconds from their phone with no account required.
Enforced Naming & Filing
The file lands in the correct Procore folder with your deterministic naming policy perfectly applied.
Automated Chasing
LINTEL automatically sends reminders at configurable milestones before links expire.
Join the Pilot Program
We are onboarding 2–3 General Contractors for a free, time-boxed pilot.
Narrow Scope: We start with 1–2 high-frequency document types (e.g., RAMS, QA certs).
Concierge Onboarding: We handle setup, Procore connection, and naming policy mapping.
Measurable Outcome: 0 manual renames and <60s upload time for subcontractors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q.Does the subcontractor need a Procore account?
No. LINTEL provides a public, single-use upload link. The subcontractor does not need a Procore license, account, or any app installed.
Q.Is this replacing Procore Submittals?
No. LINTEL is for 'file-and-forget' compliance documents (RAMS, QA certs, training docs) that don't need a principal contractor's approval chain before filing.
Q.How does naming governance work?
You define a template (e.g. {project_code}_{doc_type}_{vendor}_{date}). LINTEL uses the request context to construct the filename and uploads the document to Procore with that name, ignoring the original file name the subcontractor uploaded.
Q.How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes. We connect a Procore integration user via OAuth, map your naming policy, and you can send your first request immediately.
