Pricing questions
Q.How many Procore projects can I use on the Pilot?
As many as your Procore connection exposes. The Pilot is a flat $120 / £100 prepaid for 90 days — we do not meter or cap project count during the pilot. Per-project billing begins only when you upgrade to Core or Pro.
Q.What counts as an active project?
On Core and Pro, any Procore project with at least one document request in 'created' or 'submitted' status during the billing period. The minimum billable unit is one active project; usage scales linearly from there. The Pilot is not metered this way.
Q.Monthly or annual?
Core and Pro offer monthly or annual billing (annual is roughly 20% cheaper). The Pilot is always a flat prepaid period ($120 / £100 for 90 days), not priced per project.
Q.What if my first request doesn't land in Procore correctly?
We refund the Pilot in full and walk away if your first document doesn't land in Procore correctly within 7 days of the kickoff call. No questions, no friction.
Q.Do I need Procore?
Right now, yes — LINTEL writes uploaded files into your Procore Documents tool. Support for the Procore DM tool API is on the roadmap once Procore ships it (Q2–Q3 2026).
