What counts as a project?
Any project you are collecting documents for. Capacity is concurrent, so closing one out frees the slot for the next.
What if I need more than 5?
Add capacity in blocks of 5: £295 a month on Core, £225 on Pro. Past 15 projects, Pro costs less than Core plus blocks.
What if it does not work out?
Tell us within 30 days and we refund in full, no questions asked. That covers the pilot and Core alike.
Do I need Procore?
Today, yes. LINTEL is built to be CDE-agnostic and Procore is the connector that ships now, with others to follow.
